Delete your account
Deleting your account removes your files, chats, notes, flashcards, quizzes and recordings. It cannot be undone.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address you sign in with. That is how we confirm the request is yours before anything is removed.
We reply to confirm once the account and its data are gone, usually within 30 days.
Before you send it
If you have a Pro subscription, cancel it first so it does not renew. Web subscriptions are managed from the account menu in the app. Subscriptions started on an iPhone are cancelled in the App Store, and those started on Android in Google Play.
Want to keep your account but remove some files? Sign in and delete them from your library.
